one_pan_balsamic_chicken_and_veggies-1I love a meal that’s easy clean-up, which means if I can prepare the whole thing in the same pan, I’m an instant fan. This week’s recipe for One Pan Balsamic Chicken & Veggies definitely does not disappoint. The chicken is extremely tender and flavorful, and pairs so well with the asparagus and tomatoes (I’m not a huge fan of carrots so I left those out of my version). The Italian dressing and honey give the meal a great sweet and tangy flavor, and it can be on your table in 25 minutes!


  • 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp Italian salad dressing
  • 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp honey
  • 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (more or less to taste)
  • 1 1/4 lbs chicken breast tenderloins
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed of tough ends, chopped into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups matchstick carrots
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
