You’ve got to love a slow cooker meal that is ridiculously easy AND healthy, right? With this Crockpot Honey Garlic Chicken, you literally throw all of the ingredients into the slow cooker and in 4 hours, you have a delicious, restaurant quality meal.
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into chunks
¼ cup honey
1/3 cup ketchup
1/3 cup soy sauce
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 ½ tablespoons Sriracha
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
¼ cup chopped green onions
Stir together garlic, soy sauce, ketchup, honey, Italian seasoning, and Sriracha
Add chicken to crockpot and pour sauce over, mixing ingredients
Cook on low for 4 hours
Serve over rice or lo-mein noodles
Once plated, sprinkle with green onions
