crocotYou’ve got to love a slow cooker meal that is ridiculously easy AND healthy, right? With this Crockpot Honey Garlic Chicken, you literally throw all of the ingredients into the slow cooker and in 4 hours, you have a delicious, restaurant quality meal.


  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into chunks
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 ½ tablespoons Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions


  • Stir together garlic, soy sauce, ketchup, honey, Italian seasoning, and Sriracha
  • Add chicken to crockpot and pour sauce over, mixing ingredients
  • Cook on low for 4 hours
  • Serve over rice or lo-mein noodles
  • Once plated, sprinkle with green onions
