This week’s Skinny Dawg meal would be great for a holiday gathering or a simple week day meal. Served over rice or with a side of mashed potatoes or cauliflower “mashed potatoes”, this recipe for Croc-Pot Balsamic Pork Roast is super flavorful and extremely easy to prepare.


  • 2 pound boneless pork shoulder roast (sirloin roast)
  • kosher salt, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
