Looking for something simple, yet flavorful? This week’s Skinny Dawg recipe is just that. With 4 main ingredients, this Chicken and Broccoli-Parmesan Pasta is quick to throw together but gives you all the flavor of a meal that takes twice as much time to prepare. Not only is it quick and easy, it has a ton of protein and even some fiber to keep you full and satisfied after the meal. With only 320 calories per serving, this is definitely a meal that will have your family in disbelief that it is “healthy.”
2.5 cups dried whole wheat or multigrain bow tie pasta
3 cups fresh broccoli, cut into florets
1 pound pre-cooked, skinless, boneless chicken breast (shredded or cut into bite sized pieces)
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
