Garlic Honey Ginger Glazed Salmon

a588ca9ec4classiccitytoday_com-skinnydawgI love salmon so much but I’ve never actually cooked it myself because I thought it would be difficult to cook correctly. Let me tell you- this recipe for Garlic Honey Ginger Glazed Salmon is not only super easy to make but it is probably the best salmon I’ve ever had! I paired it with a White Bean Caprese Salad which can be whipped up with the salmon in a little over 30 minutes for a healthy and flavorful meal!

4 salmon filets, skin removed (about 2 lbs total)

1/2 cup honey

1/3 cup reduced sodium soy sauce (or regular)

2 teaspoons minced or chopped garlic

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
