Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

In the mornings before work, I am all about a breakfast that is fast to put together or better yet, pre-made. I present to you Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats! Not only do you make them the night before, but you literally throw everything in a jar and stir/shake it up. My husband has been eating this every morning for 2 months- he’s obsessed (and I think you will be too).



  • 1/3 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened chocolate almond milk (I haven’t been able to find unsweetened, so I just use regular chocolate almond milk)
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate peanut butter powder
  • 1/2 banana mashed up
  • 1/2 banana sliced.


Mix it all together in a jar/container and refrigerate over night. Enjoy!
