When you think of Donuts, “healthy” and “low calorie” are not typically words that come to mind. These Skinny Vanilla Donuts weight in at about 119 calories a piece and even give you 3.4 grams of protein!

donutDonuts:

  • 1 Cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/8 Cup sugar
  • 1/8 Cup no-calorie sweetener
  • 1 Tsp. baking powder
  • ¼ Tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 Large egg
  • ¼ Cup plain fat free Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. fat free milk
  • 1 ½ Tbsp. light butter, softened
  • 1 Tsp. vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract

Vanilla Glaze:

  • 1/2 Cup powdered sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. fat free milk
  • 1/2 Tsp. vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
