Lomo Saltado is a great twist on your typical meat and potato meal. There is so much flavor happening with the peppers, onions, and steak and the potatoes are a great addition. The presentation is also impressive. At only 309 calories per serving (1/2 of the recipe), this meal is waistline friendly and also filling.
